Position Summary
We are looking for the ideal candidates for the position of Dispensing / Blending Operators and Packaging Line Workers at PNP. As a Dispensing / Blending Operator or Packaging Line Worker, you will be an integral part of our production team, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while playing a crucial role in the creation and delivery of high-quality products.

Shift
- Graveyard shift (GY) - 22 : 00 to 06 : 00, Monday to Friday
- GY shift premium of $1.50 / hr is included while in the GY (Graveyard) shift
- Morning shift (AM) - 06 : 00 to 14 : 00, Monday to Friday
- Afternoon shift (PM) - 14 : 00 to 22 : 00, Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities - Dispensing / Blending Operator
Primary
Operate blending, grinding and sifting equipment with guidance from Dispensing / Blending Room lead.Dispense raw materials as per Manufacturing Batch Record.Clean of equipment and room.Additional
Report equipment malfunctions.Other related duties as specified by supervisor.Immediately report product quality deficiencies to supervisor.Offer suggestions for process improvement when identified.Duties and Responsibilities - Packaging Line Worker
Primary
Perform manual packaging tasks including hand filling and sealing bottles and pouches.Perform cleaning of equipment and room as instructed by Packaging Room Lead, or Level 2 or level 3 Packaging Line Worker.Transfer finished products to the warehouse as needed.Follow all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety, quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.Participate in and provide suggestions for the development and continuous improvement of all departmental processesAdditional
Participate in and further the Company’s health & safety program.Report equipment malfunctions immediately.Report quality deficiencies immediately.Offer suggestions for process improvement.Other related duties.Qualifications
Knowledge
Fluent in verbal and written English.Asset
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).1 year of Production experience.Skills
Proficient in the basics of mathematics (adding and subtracting).Willingness to learn.Able to use tools proficiently.Asset
Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment operation, including V-blender, ribbon blender, sifter, grinder, weigh scales an asset.Abilities
Lift a minimum of 25kg.Health
Must be in good health with no communicable disease or dust allergies.Must wear approved non-slip safety shoes.Follow health & safety regulations.Must be able to wear respiratory mask, when needed.Benefits
