Position Summary

Provide customer service by coordinating associates to complete assigned handheld terminal activities, ensuring a zoned and stocked sales floor, and offering assistance to meet customers’ shopping needs. Maintain a safe and clean environment. Lead a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers, promoting products / services, locating merchandise, assisting purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns.
• Delegate, assist and follow-up on completion of Customer Availability Process tasks (Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks).
• Delegate, assist and follow-up on completion of price changes and feature sets.
• Delegate, assist and follow-up on modular completion in assigned area.
• Delegate and support coverage in required areas on the sales floor, support recovery and zoning activities.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard‑free work environment through adherence to company policy (e.g., safety sweep logs, secure displays / fixtures).
• Ensure associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage.
• Train, coach and offer feedback to associates.

Minimum rate of pay : $17.75. Rate determined based on experience.
