Community Personal Support Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Community Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients in their homes. This role involves visiting clients with minimum 1-hour timeslots, ensuring personalized and high-quality support. Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

• Valid G2 / G driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• PSW certificate or NACC certificate (transcript of records may be required from some schools).
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within one year; if not current, this will be a condition of employment).
• Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification (or confirmation of registration for an upcoming course).
• Two Step TB Test.
• Flexible scheduling availability, including days, afternoons, and a requirement to work every other weekend or 1 day every weekend.
