Our client, a well-established and growing public accounting firm, is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to lead their tax practice and support the firm's continued success. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys leadership, advisory work, and shaping strategic direction.

The Role

As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of complex tax engagements and act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. You'll also lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while working closely with the firm's partners on business development and client growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and business succession strategies
• Manage and review high-level corporate, personal, and trust tax files
• Oversee tax research projects and ensure technical excellence across all engagements
• Collaborate with partners on firm strategy, growth, and client development initiatives
• Mentor and coach tax managers, seniors, and staff on technical and leadership skills
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing proactive, high-value advice
