Product Owner – Event Management

We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead our Events product within the Private Member Club ecosystem. This role focuses on everything from Club-hosted events (e.g., Members-only 4th of July celebrations) to Member / Guest-hosted events (birthdays, weddings) and banquets. Your mandate : ensure our software delivers flawless planning and execution with accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), seamless online registration, tight coordination with F&B Reservations, and clear communication for staff and members.

You’ll source and synthesize Voice of the Customer (VOC), conduct market research on best‑of‑breed event technologies, and translate those insights into a modern, club‑specific product vision with clear milestones and success metrics. Our bar is high : we build tools that uphold the service standards of elite private clubs.
