Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical expertise in the S4Hannah Transition project, defining the architecture and future working processes Bombardier wide.
• Participate in problem investigations and resolutions, as well as integrating opportunities throughout the project implementation.
• Ensure that the current and ever-changing tool utilization is implemented or considered while defining and implementing the new SAP platform.
• Support the roll out of the new ERP system company wide.
• Support organizational learning and the training content development effort of the new ERP system company wide.

As our ideal candidate

• You have a college diploma in Information Technology or any other related or equivalent field.
• You have ten (10) years of experience in the aerospace industry or other related experience.
• You have relevant experience supporting SAP platforms including S4Hannah.
• You are comfortable understanding company processes and procedures as well as the needs of the various functions.
• You have a good knowledge of aircraft manufacturing AS9100 policies and documentation requirements to maintain our certification and quality standards.
• You have leadership skills and support the importance of customer satisfaction.
• You are a team player, organized, autonomous, resourceful, imaginative, and perseverant.
• You enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills.
• You are competent with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SAP software.
• You speak and write in French and English.
