Description de poste1-2 years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry in a similar role 3+ year of field experience Trade certificate in Plumbing, HVAC, and Gas fitting is preferred Bachelor or Associate degree in an Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Finance related field is an asset; equivalent work experience is acceptable Knowledgeable in plumbing, gas codes, and building codes is a requirement Able to do material take off according to pictures on site Advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) is essential Experience working in a very fast-paced, self-directed, and dynamic work environment Strong field experience / background and understanding of plumbing and construction Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines Ability to multitask and effectively manage several estimates simultaneously Competitive wages $60 - 70,000 per year Company vehicle & gas card Company phone and tablet Company events Dental, extended health care, life insurance, and vision care benefits Opportunity for overtime pay and supplemental benefits Opportunity for career growth within the company
Roles
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for accurately estimating the cost of labor, equipment, and materials for jobs from pictures and site condition, and review documents in a detail manner
- Communicate project requirements and scope to field supervisors and develop relationships with clients
- Perform risk analysis, profitability analysis, and analyze the competitive positioning of projects out for tender
