THE OPPORTUNITY

Thomson Power systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. We are currently looking for a best in‑class Value Stream Leader to work closely with our Operations Director and valued colleagues. The Value Stream Leader will manage all related manufacturing and production activities for the department through the Regal Business System (RBS) which enables continuous improvement throughout the value stream. You will lead Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Performance to exceed our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business. You will play a key role in creating a vision, and achieving short‑and long‑term strategic planning objectives. YOUR MISSION

Organizational Leadership

• Be responsible for the Value Stream and all aspects of manufacturing operations, safety, and quality.
• Lead department by setting objectives, developing plans, executing daily management activities and implementing corrective actions to ensure customer success.
• Facilitate cross‑training opportunities and cooperation among other departments.
• Foster a learning organization that is invested in recognizing and understanding performance gaps, instilling organizational energy to tackle challenging problems, embracing continuous improvement for the Value Stream and the business.
• Align the department toward both the long‑ and short‑term business objectives.
