Our client, ADF Group Inc. (TSX: DRX), is a North American leader in the design, connection engineering, fabrication, and installation of complex steel structures. With approximately 560 employees across its Terrebonne and Montana divisions, the company delivers large-scale projects throughout Canada and the United States, including office towers and high-rise buildings, commercial and recreational complexes, airport facilities, industrial plants, and transportation infrastructure.

To effectively support its internal teams and as part of its succession planning, ADF wishes to recruit a Deputy Director of Legal Affairs.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will serve as a strategic partner to management and the group’s operating companies. You will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including regulatory compliance in Canada and the United States, particularly with respect to continuous disclosure obligations, financing matters, corporate governance, transactional support and due diligence, and the monitoring of litigation in collaboration with external counsel, and more. From time to time, you may also be called upon to provide advice on commercial contracts and international mobility matters.
