We are looking for : An experienced Reliability Engineer E&I who will be accountable for sites Reliability program with focus on early detection of defects and defect elimination. This Reliability Engineer will be accountable for asset performance in relation to sites’ Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) program and have knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, financial resources, tools, and reports. This individual will have the ability to manage and direct capital projects, have knowledge of information systems and CMMS and experience with different types of transmitters and control valves.

You will bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation8 years of Chemical plant or similar industry experience preferredExcellent analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and detail orientedAbility to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with formalized Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Equipment Criticality AnalysisExperience with CMMS (preferably SAP)Experience with Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) systemsExperience with electrically classified areasPlanning, problem solving and communicationBias for Action & Achieving ResultsPassion for ExcellenceProfessional manner and lead by exampleAbide by safety, quality and all other site policies and proceduresYou will get
