Mission

I am looking for an accounting technician for a temporary assignment with a manufacturing company in Repentigny.

-Perform billing for the various entities of the group and issue customer invoices on time
-Follow up on customer accounts and send payment reminders (collection)
-Manage the entire accounts payable cycle (receipt, validation, coding, and entry of invoices)
-Prepare supplier payments according to established schedules
-Manage employee expense accounts and process reimbursements
-Reconcile corporate credit cards
-Manage Canadian and U.S. sales taxes
-Work closely with the finance team and internal departments
-Perform all other related tasks

Your profile

Your profile:

-Minimum of 2 to 3 years of accounting experience
-DEC in accounting
-Experience with Epicor (an asset)
-Fluency in French
-Functional English to communicate with English-speaking customers and suppliers
