Generate leads, create opportunities, and close sales through solution-based selling.
Regular and consistent visits to current and potential clients to evaluate their business needs & / or promote products and services.
The ability to develop and coach contractor sales teams to promote and sell our products and services.
Foster the long-term business relationship with our client base.
Meet or exceed company goals.
Enter orders and quotes into ERP system.
Meet weekly / monthly / yearly sales targets.
Report on current progress at weekly sales meetings.
Effectively build and develop an individual sales plan and budget, and ensure those expectations are met.
Effectively oversee other internal sales operations functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in home builder events, trade shows, charity events, and other marketing events to represent the company, and promote our products and services.
Collaborate with internal business partners and departments.
Participate in training and development activities to expand own product and industry knowledge.
