Responsibilities
Tracking and planning maintenance activities in accordance with MPM & MCMCollecting and recording aircraft data (hours, cycles, landings, etc.) for forecasting and schedulingMonitoring the AMMS for required maintenance of customer aircraft as contractedCommunicating with the AOC on template edits when requiredRunning weekly forecast reportsInitializing scheduled maintenance packages and retrieving data for tracking and forecastingCo‑creating a hangar plan for maintenance with the Chief EngineerSetting up Planning meetings (Q‑Gate) to review scheduling and hangar space plansAssisting in resolving conflicts within the hangar plan and maintenance forecasted issuesCollecting information on scheduled parts and providing it to the purchaserReviewing completed maintenance packages to ensure all maintenance items are completedConfirming the Maintenance Planning program is updated after completed activitiesAssisting the Chief Engineer with evaluation of Airworthiness Directives and Service BulletinsSupervising Technical Records personnel and backfilling when requiredReporting to the Chief EngineerAdhering to all workplace Health and Safety RegulationsOther duties as assignedQualifications
