YOUR ROLE:

As a Tax Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

• Draft and prepare various legal documents and file them with the appropriate tax authorities;

• Conduct research in various specialized databases;

• Prepare the procedural documents, exhibits, and case law compilations necessary for court appearances;

• Drafting of several requests to the tax authorities as well as their telephone follow-ups;

• Follow-up with clients on the status of their requests.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in paralegal technology or any other equivalent training/experience;

• Experience in a similar role;

• Good command of French and English;

• Good knowledge of the functions of the MS Office Suite;

• Strong research skills and good analyze skills;

• Good organizational skills and good management of priorities;

• Meticulousness, autonomy, and ability to manage stress.
