Job Description

Caregiving to the elderly is spending quality time, one-on-one with seniors. It is all about building relationships and connections with clients, while providing professional care as required. It is a job where you are encouraged to slow down, take your time, and connect with people, not just rush to complete tasks.

Of course, clients enlist caregiving help because they have either a physical need, or a cognitive change and they’ll need your help with some tasks such as :

• preparing meals
• grocery shopping
• bathing / showering
• dressing, personal hygiene
• driving to appointments
• toileting and incontinence care
• Health Benefits -have access to a customizable health benefits plan
• Referral Bonus -be rewarded for referring clients or caregivers
• Training -both initial and ongoing training are fully provided

Many Hours Available

Caregivers to the elderly are essential workers, so rest assured you won’t ever be laid off! There are many daytime, evening and overnight shifts available.
