Room Attendant

Overview

Spirit Ridge is seeking Room Attendants to join our team. Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary guest suites and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Successful candidates will clean and sanitize assigned guest suites, including kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies, and may assist with maintaining common areas. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.

Shifts include morning (8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm) and afternoon (1 : 00 pm – 9 : 30 pm) schedules, including weekend and holiday work.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all areas of assigned guest suites, including kitchens, balconies, and bathrooms
• Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and maintain overall room cleanliness to resort standards
• Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Participate in deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas as required
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies in guest rooms
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and other common spaces
• Remove garbage, dirty linens, and waste from rooms
• Report and document maintenance issues, damages, or needed repairs
• Handle and document lost and found items securely
• Respond professionally to guest requests
• Follow workplace safety practices and resort cleanliness standards
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete daily housekeeping assignments

Wage

$19.00 / hour

Hours and Terms

Hours Per Week : Minimum of 30 hours per week; up to 40 regular hours per week during peak seasonal periods

Terms of Employment : Seasonal, Full-Time, 269-day contract from March 1, 2026 to November 24, 2026 (Part-Time Applicants are encouraged to apply now for both off-season and seasonal opportunities).
