About the role

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary full-time Donor Centre Manager to join our dynamic Collections Operations Ontario team.

The Donor Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of their designated donor centre ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. This role focuses on delivering exceptional donor experience meeting operational and financial targets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

This role provides leadership and direction in the delivery of day-to-day operations ensuring smooth functioning and alignment with organizational objectives
