This position will report directly to the Director, Engineering. Title and banding will be determined based on the education and experience of the applicant.

What You Will Do

• Develop a Hoists and Shafts Integrity Program.
• Support for hoisting equipment and activities.
• Support for hoist maintenance activities.
• Develop methods for improved hoisting efficiency.
• Hoisting Metrics and KPI development and monitoring.
• Provide assistance in Incident Investigations within hoisting discipline.
• This role includes travel to our Potash Mine Sites, some instances involving overnight stays.
