Job Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to assist our 84-year-old mother during her recovery from hip surgery. The caregiver will provide support during daytime hours while a family member works from home.Responsibilities : Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.Provide companionship and engage in light activities to promote mental well-being.Monitor medication schedules and ensure timely administration.Coordinate with existing care providers to ensure seamless care.Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed.Schedule : Days : Monday to FridayHours : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (flexible based on caregiver availability)Qualifications : Previous experience in post-operative care, especially with seniors.Strong communication skills and a patient demeanor.Ability to work collaboratively with family members and other caregivers.Smoke-free home.Compensation : Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
