The Event Crew aids the team in the prompt delivery and removal of food and beverage items, is hospitable and cordial to guests and coworkers, acts safely and responsibly, and is knowledgeable about the vessel and the skyline. The Event Crew will personally contribute to the amazing guest experience, be favorably viewed by supervisors and peers, and be swift and efficient in the execution of their assigned duties.

Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers as prescribed in our RESPECT Service SystemProvide guests with water, coffee / tea, and bread service throughout the mealPolish plates, cutleries, and glassesPrepare dressing, condiments, butter, and bread warmerBus used and unneeded dishes and glassware from guests' tables to kitchenSet up and maintain buffets so they are appealing to the guestMaintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations; clean up spilled food, drink, and broken dishes, and remove empty bottles and trashSet up and break down dining room / event room, and service stations as prescribed; this requires movement of dining cabin furnitureClean the dining room areas in between events, and as requiredMaintain the cleanliness and sanitation of washrooms, serveries, dining cabin and service stationsAssists with food plating and buffet service when requiredProvide information to guests including menu descriptions, order of service, entertainment options, cruise route and points of interestBe prepared to begin work at scheduled timeRemoves soiled linen and replace with clean linenMaintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standardsAssist with the warm and efficient greeting and seating of guests when they arriveBe prepared to begin work at scheduled timeMaintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standardsFollowing establish guidelines, takes initiative on work to be doneCollect garbage from the kitchen and all areas for disposalOther duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor on dutyRequirements & Qualifications :
