McInnes Cooper is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in our St. Johns office in a full-time permanent position. As part of the Finance & Accounting team you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day transaction processing for a variety of general accounting support tasks. You will be supported by your team in our other offices along with your St. Johns office members.

As an Accounting Clerk you will be responsible to maintain all daily processing and inquiries related to :

• Accounts Payable : processing of firm member expense reports and vendor invoices.
• Accounts Receivable : cash receipts incoming client calls and preparation of third-party reports for remittances.
• Trust : monitoring of trust accounts processing deposit requisitions processing of investment and wiring requests for client trust funds and posting and reconciliation of client disbursements.
