Senior DevOps Engineer

Location : Calgary AB (Hybrid 3 days / week in our beautiful downtown office)

About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our infrastructure and delivery pipelines. This is an opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies, collaborate with talented professionals and make a real impact on the scalability and reliability of our products.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and Build : Design and implement scalable modular solutions that integrate seamlessly across our diverse product suite.
• Collaborate and Innovate : Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and incorporate user feedback into robust solutions.
• Lead Best Practices : Champion modern software architecture principles including Microservices , Serverless computing and API‑first strategies .
• Drive Containerization : Define and execute strategies for containerization and orchestration using Docker , Kubernetes or similar technologies.
• Ensure Reliability : Maintain a secure, compliant and resilient infrastructure aligned with industry standards.
• Mentor and Support : Serve as an escalation point for L1 operations, troubleshoot complex issues and provide training on product‑specific domains.
• Continuous Improvement : Lead product and infrastructure enhancements identified through blameless post‑mortems.
• Weekend Rotation : Participate in scheduled weekend support rotations.

Pay Range : $85,800 – $110,000 CAD
