About the Role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives in Brampton to join our team. Top full-time performers will earn up to CA$90,000. This role requires you to drive to meet with property owners and tenants across the service area.

Responsibilities

  • All Owner Leads Provided – No prospecting required.
  • Meet Property Owners – Assess homes for rental readiness.
  • Tenant Showings – Conduct viewings and guide renters.
  • Set Your Own Schedule – Flexible, but you must stick to it.
  • 24 / 7 Backend Support – Admin and scheduling handled for you.
  • Training & Tools – We give you everything needed to succeed.

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience (real estate an asset).
  • Excellent communication and closing skills.
  • Motivated, reliable, and accountable to your own schedule.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle.
  • iPhone 13 or newer (required due to software compatibility).
  • Availability for evenings and weekends.

    • Pay range and compensation package

    Up to CA$90,000 / year in commission-based earnings. A steady flow of leads directly from Royal York. Comprehensive training and professional tools. Growth opportunities with one of Ontario’s fastest-growing companies.
