Location : Milton, ON

Shift Work : Continental Shift (12 Hours – Rotating)

Salary : $80,000 - $88,000 CAD annually (base)

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and supervise up to 12 operators and 1 Lead hand.
• Ensure on-time, in-full customer deliveries and manage floor space using FIFO standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace; enforce PPE, H&S policies and lockout procedures.
• Use SAP for inventory posting and shipping documentation; coordinate gate / trailer movements.
• Liaise with production, planning, traffic and customer service to resolve inventory and shipping issues.
• Identify and remove damaged product, manage pallet / storage flow, and ensure product quality handling.
• Keep accurate records and logbooks, complete required paperwork, coach staff and support continuous improvement.
