Description de postePSWs (Personal Support Workers), RPNs (Registered Practical Nurses), RNs (Registered Nurses), or individuals with a background in healthcare or home care. Minimum one year of caregiving or personal care experience is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. A PSW Certificate is required. Must complete a criminal background check. Must provide two professional references. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. A vulnerable sector check and a 2-step TB test may be required. Competitive wages : $19-$20 per hour. Comprehensive training to ensure confidence and preparedness in your role. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance while ensuring clients' comfort and dignity.
- Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Prepare and cook meals according to clients' dietary needs.
- Offer companionship and engaging conversation to enhance clients' well-being.
