The ideal candidate :

The ideal candidate is a hands-on NetSuite Administrator with strong functional ERP expertise and a customer-focused approach. You are comfortable working with users at all levels of the organization to understand both current and future-state business processes and translate those needs into effective, scalable NetSuite solutions within established system.

You thrive in a project-based environment, enjoy balancing day-to-day system support with configuration, testing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, and take pride in maintaining a stable, secure, and well-documented ERP environment. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys supporting and knowledge-sharing with technical team members, supporting end users through change, and applying NetSuite best practices to drive long-term system success—particularly within a manufacturing environment.

More about the role :

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, optimization, and governance of Superior Glove’s NetSuite ERP platform. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this role partners with business stakeholders, process owners, and the internal systems development team to ensure NetSuite effectively supports operational, financial, and supply chain processes in alignment with established architecture, standards, and priorities.

This role balances business support, system configuration, testing and training, and mentoring activities to ensure NetSuite enhancements are well-designed, thoroughly tested, and aligned with organizational best practices. The position plays a critical role in supporting ERP scalability, user adoption, system stability, and continuous improvement across the organization while escalating complex design decisions and system changes as appropriate.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to understand and document requirements for NetSuite ERP implementation and enhancements.
  • Analyze and document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through NetSuite solutions.
  • Work closely with third party and internal technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Create technical documentation throughout implementation process
  • Identify user security and role requirements.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet business needs
  • Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom roles
  • Coordinate and upload data into sandbox environment to identify translation issues and areas where additional data may be required.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues, working collaboratively with the IT and business teams.
  • Work with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteBuilder to add additional functionality that is identified during implementation.
  • Test new features and enhancements prior to UAT
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of configurations.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective and efficient use of NetSuite functionalities.
  • Teaching Systems Development team members best practices when working with SuiteFlows and SuiteScripts.
  • Up to 15% travel may be required to our other locations

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working as a NetSuite Administrator in a manufacturing industry (apparel preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification required
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities, including but not limited to Finance and Supply Chain
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and configurations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on a project team, able to develop positive working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Valid passport and driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; must be willing and able to travel
