Our client, a global law firm in Kitchener who retains their employees for 25 years plus is searching for an experienced Senior Corporate Law Clerk to work within their Business Law group. This firm prides itself on providing a fun and supportive environment to all their staff while also offering a hybrid work model.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Evaluate files to review case facts
• Determine appropriate processes and plans the steps necessary for the conduct of the file
• Ensure critical deadlines are identified and met
• Draft a variety of documentation, including resolutions, agreements and prescribed forms for various jurisdictions in accordance with legislation and / or governing regulations
