Our Première Moisson plant located in Vaudreuil-Dorion is currently looking for an Outbaking Labourer for its bakery department.

Shift : Sunday to Thursday - 11am to 7pm

Salary : $17,85 / h + Premium when applicable

Premium : Evening : 1$ / h and weekend : 1.25$ h

Tasks :

  • Place baked loaves on racks according to items
  • Check bread shapes
  • Place all non-conforming loaves on a separate rack and inform Quality Control regularly
  • Report any problems to the Head Baker. (Example : overcooked or undercooked bread, etc....)
  • Follow any orders given by his / her manager or the Head Baker
  • Ensure that racks are always available for unstacking
  • Unmould breads baked in rotary ovens (Sprouted grains, square)
  • Keep the work area as clean as possible
  • All other related tasks
  • Qualifications required

  • Experience in industrial food production is an asset
  • Ability to lift loads up to 22.7 kg
  • Ability to work in a noisy and refrigerated environment (min 10°C)
  • Good manual dexterity and speed of execution
  • Be vigilant, reliable, flexible and autonomous
  • Good team spirit
  • Willingness to take on unforeseen tasks
