We’re adding an Event Sales & Client Services Manager who wants to be part of the event world — someone who enjoys the pace, the variety, and the organized chaos that comes with making events happen.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for clients
- Handle incoming calls and new inquiries
- Gather event details and enter them into our rental software
- Build and send template-based quotes
- Follow up with leads and close bookings
- Answer questions about equipment, make recommendations, upsell, logistics, timing, access, and event-day details
- Update orders, payments, and insurance requirements
- Coordinate details with operations and dispatch
- Keep communication tight between clients, sales, and ops
