We are currently looking for an HR Assistant to join our group of companies.

THE ROLE

Working as a member of the Human Resources Team, the HR Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support to the department as well as internal general HR support to employees and leaders throughout the group of companies. This is a full-time position working 8AM – 5PM Monday to Friday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support for recruitment and employee onboarding processes
  • Maintain records and employee information through data entry and filing
  • Provide assistance and back-up support to the Payroll Administrator
  • Coordination of the Staff Recognition Program
  • Create posters and communications content as requested
  • Main Reception responsibilities (as needed for coverage)

    • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Preference will be given to those candidates with previous experience or training in Human Resources and / or Payroll
