Business Development - Financial Security Advisor

Our network of more than 200 financial security advisors working at different Desjardins caisses plays a key role in the industry. We’re currently expanding this great team and have many opportunities available in different regions of Quebec.

As a life and health insurance professional, you’re expected to :

• Work as a team to proactively sell insurance products and services—including life, health, disability and critical illness insurance—based on the needs of Desjardins members and clients.
• Assess client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources, help target and analyze potential member / client files.
• Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so that members and clients can reach their financial goals.
• Help monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends.
