Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Innovation & Marketing Analyst to support the creation and launch of innovative products. This role bridges Research & Development and Sales, providing insights, analysis, and strategic support to help bring products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about food and consumer-packaged goods.
Position Description
In this very important role, you will be empowered and entrusted to:
- Collaborate with the Innovation team to plan, develop, and launch new product concepts in line with the company’s innovation goals.
- Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and business data to guide product development and support sales initiatives.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and leadership.
- Monitor product performance and market activity, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, business partners, and industry contacts to enhance the company’s reputation for quality and innovation.
- Support internal communications and promotional activities, including newsletters and social media updates as required.
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the food manufacturing or CPG industry.
Qualifications

- Creative and innovative, generating new ideas for product concepts and marketing strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Education
College diploma or degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing or related field.
