Patient Services Specialist - Fixed Term

Overview

FYidoctors - Duncan and Mill Bay clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our team. This fixed-term role is 30-40 hours per week, until July 31, 2026. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients every day. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients. What Will You Be Doing?

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
• Administering pre-testing services
• Upholding excellent customer service standards

The expected compensation for this position is $19.19 -$19.57 per hour considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
