Description de posteProvide general leadership to all team members Provides oversight of the management team for all departments Provides oversight for the departmental business plans for budgets, adhering to established guidelines, timetables and approved resources. Evaluates all internal procedures and seeks refinements and improvements to the departmental processes and business operations. Analyzes financial data to determine the most effective organizational plan for the operation. Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directs and coordinates department activities. Reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department progress toward stated goals and objectives. Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning including financial performance, internal controls and approved AGLC policies and procedures. Promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction. Assists with quality hiring, training and succession planning. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned. Travel is required. Minimum 7 years’ management experience in the service, hospitality or gaming industries Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Casino operations and management experience required. Excellent management, negotiating and organizational skills; Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve results; Experience in budgeting, project management, supervision of accounting, operations and human resources Works effectively in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment, and is able to direct and work in harmony with a diverse group of highly motivated and capable individuals. Must be able to stand / sit for prolonged time periods Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching and prolonged periods of standing and / or walking Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines.

Summary
The General Manager position will support the VP / Regional General Manager with all aspects of casino operations, including Table Games, Slots, Food & Beverage, Customer Service, Security, Promotions and Marketing, Facilities, Purchasing and Human Resources.
