Provides support to the minister by preparing, formatting and distributing the PowerPoints, bulletin and announcements for weekly Sacred Gathering / worship services and photocopying of the bulletins and announcements as well as preparing materials for special educational and congregational events, and weddings, funerals and baptisms if required and requested by the Minister. Manage and maintain clerical and administrative tasks including the preparation of correspondence, quarterly and annual reports, annual statistical reports, records of weddings, funerals, baptisms, church data bases (directory and distribution lists), and membership rolls and transfers according to UCC policies and legal requirements. Maintain office supplies and files and filing systems, and ensures computer and A / V licenses and contracts and technical support are current and updated.
