Are you an inside sales professional with experience in pumps and valves in the Edmonton area?

If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you! They are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team, where you'll play a key role in connecting with customers and driving sales for a wide range of valve and pump products.

Responsibilities

Work closely with customers to understand their needs and resolve any service-related issues.

Provide detailed answers and tailored recommendations to prospects, using in-depth knowledge of our products.

Assist customers with necessary paperwork to streamline the sales process and ensure smooth transactions.

Stay informed on competitor products to offer accurate comparisons when needed.

Maintain and update the company’s customer database to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

Apply the appropriate pricing policies and procedures to ensure accurate quotations and transactions.

Build and nurture strong relationships with manufacturer representatives.

Develop and maintain lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience, specifically in the valves and pumps industry.

In-depth technical knowledge of valve products and their applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Expertise in identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Proactive approach to customer service and driving sales performance.
