You Have:

• Led quality assurance and business analysis activities across multiple IT initiatives
• Developed and executed test strategies, test plans, and test cases across the delivery lifecycle
• Written clear, thorough business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Reinforced QA standards, documentation practices, and quality benchmarks
• Analyzed test results, identified defects and risks, and clearly communicated findings
• Worked closely with developers, project managers, and business partners in Agile or project-based environments
• Provided informal mentorship or leadership to QA/BA team members
• Managed multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
