Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Environment Specialist and working a two‑week on and two‑week off schedule at the Ekati mine site, NT, the Environment Specialist assists with the environmental sampling and monitoring programs at the Ekati Diamond Mine. The position is primarily field work supporting sampling and monitoring programs for compliance, fisheries and aquatics, air quality, reclamation, and wildlife. Additional supporting office and laboratory work, and equipment maintenance will be required. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain valuable work experience assisting with a diversity of environmental programs.

Additional Information
The Company provides travel to and from the Ekati mine site out of Calgary, Yellowknife, and other northern fly points.
