Responsibilities
- Assess, test, repair, and service products to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain customer relationships by addressing technical questions.
- Consult and train the customers on how to work efficiently with Kärcher products.
- Document the collected data from work using the CRM-System.
- Support lead generation of new orders while assessing customer equipment.
- Managing inventory of vehicle stock.
- Represent and promote Kärcher products in a professional manner.
- Perform duties in accordance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Technician with commercial cleaning equipment, appliances, or similar equipmentBasic computer skills in MS Office or Google Suite, CRM, SAPExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperienced with problem solving, analytical thinking and methodical approachCustomer centric mindsetStrong problem solver, analytical thinker and methodicalHighly motivated who works well in both a team and independentlyWillingness to travelLanguage : EnglishBenefits
