Primary Skills :
- Technical Support Analyst with 7+ years of experience with strong leadership, worked on complex system interactions and multiple cross-functional systems.
- Must have experience on DataStage, ELK, JCL, OCP, Unix, Oracle PL-SQL.
- Basic knowledge of JCL troubleshooting
- Experience with application support, and customer service
- Customer facing, good communication skills are critical
- Solid critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand our business and the bigger picture
- Proactive, eager to dive in and learn new things on the go
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to be part of a rotational on-call support model
- Experience in Production Maintenance and Support is mandatory.
- Excellent in Problem solving skills.
- Should have played a Lead role.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Knowledge in ITSM tools, Windows Server infrastructure will be advantage.
- Knowledge in Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Aternity will be advantage.
- Knowledge in DevOps implementation - CI, CD, Continuous testing & Integrate test automation (Jenkins or Helios pipeline), configuring applications using Cloud platform (OpenShift, PCF) will be an advantage.
Secondary Skills :
Experience working with onsite-offshore model.
Knowledge in Wealth Management Domain is desirable.
Job details :
- Manage day-to-day production support issues.
- Responsible for change management activities in test and production environments, including deployment of code, while adhering to source code management and release management policies
- Maintain health and safety of production systems and applications. Identify risks and risk mitigation opportunities. Improve existing application instrumentation and monitoring.
- Work with development teams and business partners to provide input on best mix of development, interfacing applications, and third-party vendor solutions to meet business requirements and project objectives in an agile environment.
- Effectively, communicate and build rapport with team members, management, stakeholders, infrastructure teams and interface groups using a variety of techniques and collaboration from start to finish.
- Build knowledge in all aspects of the organization, the business, and information systems.
- Provide coaching, expertise, and feedback to build the capability of the team.
- Involved in occasional weekend and after-hours support
