Job Title : Growth Strategy Manager

We are seeking a Growth Strategy Manager for our North American headquarters in Milton, Ontario. We seek a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business growth across Canada and the United States.

What you will be doing :

Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Strategy, you will help shape and implement growth strategies for ROCKWOOL's success in North America.

Develop and position growth strategies for ROCKWOOL stone wool insulation.

Utilize market insights, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to identify new business opportunities.

Lead strategic planning process development and implementation.

Conduct market segment analysis and develop support materials for the management team.

Create growth plans, including market analysis, strategic initiatives, and business cases for future opportunities.

Develop organizational presentations and annual reports.

Collaborate with the global strategy team for alignment with reporting requirements.

Work directly with the Director, Product Management & Strategy on yearly strategic process implementation.

Identify and propose organizational capability and efficiency enhancements.

What you bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred but not required.

Several years of experience in strategy, business development, or a similar role - preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.

Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives

Strong expertise in developing and executing strategic growth plans across various channels and markets.

Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing market trends and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize growth initiatives effectively.

Understanding of the construction and building materials industry is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset and ability to articulate innovative ideas.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong project management skills.

Data Analysis Tools : Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

Project Management : Experience working in Asana or equivalent software.

Collaboration Tools : Experience with Microsoft Teams or Slack.

ERP Systems : Familiarity with SAP plus.
