Reporting to the Senior Manager of Small Business Credit Cards the Product Manager - Small Business Credit Cards will lead the product management product line strategy and performance for all BMO Small Business credit cards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the product management financial performance and strategic planning for the BMO Small Business credit card portfolio ensuring alignment with the overall BMO Cards business strategy and integration into BMOs overall Business Banking strategy. Support recommendations based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group. Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Develop business cases for campaigns / initiatives by identifying needs analyzing potential options and assessing expected returns on investment.
  • Provide recommendations on product lifecycle.
  • Manage the periodic planning process for business drivers
  • Support key initiatives relating to new product launches and product refreshes working closely with technical and IT teams to develop and prioritize requirements while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Partner with Marketing Finance Credit Risk Analytics and other business units within the Cards business and across the enterprise in the execution of product initiatives.
  • Champion the voice of the customer working closely with internal and external teams to collect market & customer research/insights that drive product process and customer experience improvements
  • Lead mobilization of customer insights across BMO develop customer journeys and increase adoption of self-service tools (e.g. online banking mobile app and other digital engagement features).

Qualifications:

Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong track record delivering results in ambiguous and challenging situations
  • 4-6 years Financial Services experience Product experience is an asset
  • Minimum undergraduate university degree an MBA or other post-graduate degree or equivalent industry related experience preferred

Salary:

$69000.00 - $129000.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
