PROJECT MANAGER (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

As the Project Manager, you will oversee the total construction effort of various projects, ensuring that they are on schedule and developing according to spec.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Follow established design, budget, and schedules for each project
  • Ensure the project remains profitable; track project progress, variances, and recovery
  • Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, etc.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Schedule company personnel
  • Authorize / approve all project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions, and change requests
  • Adhere to all project policies, procedures, and standards
  • Give direction to the various leaders on site

    • SOME FACTORS THAT OUR CLIENT WOULD CONSIDER :

  • 5+ years of experience in construction
  • An engineering degree or a C.E.T. is preferred
  • Completed projects over $20-$30 million
  • Experience in the building of I.C.I. or multi-family projects
  • Proven ability to work with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • History in leadership positions
