Maintenance Associate

Job Description :

• The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform Downhole Electric Submersible Pump assembly and maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.
• The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
• Under direct supervision of either Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with the client and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
