Account Consultant (Sales & Marketing) + Signing Bonus

Windsor, Ontario, Canada – OSL Retail Services is hiring an Account Consultant for Multi‑Dwelling Units to promote Bell Canada’s residential services. This role offers competitive base pay, car allowance, a lucrative uncapped commission structure, and a signing bonus after two months.

What OSL Direct offers

Competitive base pay plus car allowance and uncapped commission up to $90,000+ per year. Top performers earn close to six figures.
Vehicle access is required; car allowance covers expenses.
Tools for success : smartphone, tablet, business cards, Bell‑branded clothing, ID badge, Salesforce CRM.
Training on Bell products and services, job shadowing, ongoing coaching, and professional development.
Internal career growth opportunities.
25% discount on Bell residential services.
Health and dental coverage paid 100% by employer.
Full‑time flexible schedule; evenings and some weekend work required.

Responsibilities

Use kiosk events, presentations, and face‑to‑face canvassing to sell Bell’s full suite of residential products (Fibe TV, Internet, Home Phone, Smart Home, Mobility) to apartment and condominium residents.

Build and maintain relationships with building stakeholders (superintendents, property managers, resident managers).

Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience as a Bell brand ambassador.

Use Salesforce CRM to manage territory and funnel.

Qualifications

Ambitious self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Outgoing, people‑centric, and energized by interaction.

Expert in time management, prioritization, and goal achievement.

Motivated by rewards; uncapped commission enables unlimited earning potential.

Team player with ability to collaborate.

Experience in sales, customer service, and / or marketing is an asset.

Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Flexibility for frequent regional travel.

Full‑time schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
