As a damage insurance broker in the service department, you will work in a comfortable office environment. You understand the importance of being a customer's first point of contact when needed.

Our client is a firm in the field of damage insurance brokerage, both for individuals and businesses. In full expansion, it needs insurance professionals like you to join a stimulating team in a magnificent office full of activities located in Montreal.

What we offer

Permanent employment

Salary of $52 to $60,000 per year, to be discussed depending on your experience

Advantageous commissions of 25% on new sales

Quarterly bonus on customer retention and growth

Schedule 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No evenings or weekends

Flexible schedule according to your needs during office opening hours which are Monday to Friday 8 : 30 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.

You are recognized for your negotiation and persuasion skills, to negotiate with different insurers

You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales

You have ease in expressing yourself and communicating

A sense of solution, support, escalation and upselling

• Carry out modifications, pricing, loyalty and solicitation during incoming calls;
• Work on renewals and carry out updates by professionally advising policyholders;

Shop for quotes from our different insurers.

Respond to calls from policyholders with questions regarding their file.

Who are you ?

You have an AMF certificate (required)

You have at least 1 year of experience in personal damage insurance

Energetic and compassionate, you have good communication skills and know how to put people at ease

You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation

You have a reliable home internet connection to ensure your voice is heard

Bilingualism (French / English) a big asset

You have computer skills to navigate several software programs, all on 2 screens
