The Roll in a Nutshell

• Working in a crew of 2-3 other carpenters on high-end residential projects
• Taking a leadership role on site under the guidance of the Site Supervisor
• Completing a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including :
• Demolition
• Structural Framing
• Window and Door installation
• Insulation
• Exterior finishing
• Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and clean
