Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines to join their team.

The successful candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in a brokerage setting, coupled with a proven track record for providing top notch customer service and thoughtful learning all about each client’s unique circumstances and the ability to then offering them the best options available to make them feel secure in their choices.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to each client in a timely manner
- Respond to all incoming calls and emails for an assigned book of business
- Manager all aspects of an assigned book of business as a productive team member
- Review and process policy renewals, endorsements and follow ups accurately through company established workflows
- Ensure renewals have adequate coverage to include quoting and remarketing as necessary
- Meet assigned retention targets with the team
Key Qualifications / Attributes
Must require a RIBO License for all interactions with clientsMinimum 3 years experience with personal lines service in an Insurance BrokerageConscientious, with a strong attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely mannerSelf-starter and collaborative team playerAble to work in a “paperless” environmentWorking knowledge of Company portalsExperience working with PowerBroker and CompuQuoteProficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
