With RV sales growing year after year, we need a proven leader with a strong track record in customer satisfaction, team development, and sales performance. Candidates with a background in F&I will be given special consideration, as this experience brings added value to our sales and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Work with sales staff to set clear goals and coach them to success
• Create and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee retention
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review training, review performance, and build team alignment
• Partner with the marketing department to develop sales strategies
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and promote strong customer relationships
• Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealership sales management role ( RV industry experience strongly preferred; automotive considered )
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Passion for relationship building and customer satisfaction
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Professional appearance, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills
• Punctual, dependable, and results-driven.
