Ce que tu feras au quotidien
Tu seras responsable de la gestion complète de projets de bâtiments commerciaux, multi-résidentiels et institutionnels.
Concrètement, ton rôle consistera à :
Analyser les plans, dessins et devis reçus des architectes, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants;
Planifier l’approvisionnement nécessaire avec l’aide des assistants de projets;
Coordonner la distribution des plans de fabrication selon les priorités de production;
Assurer le suivi de la construction et des installations sur les chantiers, en collaboration avec les surintendants;
Surveiller de près les calendriers, échéanciers et coûts de production, de livraison et d’installation;
Faciliter la communication entre les différents départements et assurer un suivi rigoureux de l’approvisionnement.
Profil recherché
Baccalauréat ou DEC en génie civil, en génie de la construction ou en architecture ou tout autre expérience pertinente
Expérience pertinente en gestion de projets;
Excellentes habiletés en communication, négociation et résolution de problèmes;
Bonne connaissance de la lecture de plans et des outils informatiques (Suite Office, MS Project, REVIT);
Connaissance des lois et règlements de la construction du Québec obligatoire
Familiarité avec les procédés de fabrication en construction (atout).
